Went to the Seminole County Pet Adopt-A-Thon yesterday. It is kind of sad to see how many animals have to be rescued. Please spay and neuter your pets!

Still on the NS and haven't cheated!

Today is day 9 on NS and 147 days until my birthday! OK sooo for all of you wondering...............I have not cheated! I went to Red Lobster with my cousin Dawn on Sun and ate very healthy (not the usual) and had enough for lunch the next day. Still haven't weighed myself, but I can tell the clothes are feeling a bit loose.

Went the the crochet meet up on Sunday at Borders. They are such a nice bunch of ladies! I am fortunate to have found them! Finally finished my american flag afghan and had a picture taken of it. Now just to download it. It is going to be raffled off for the Yorkie Friends Rescue. Hopefully we will make some money on it.
